In all buildings, the purist approach to architecture is softened by the skillful implementation of stone masonry. Our guests know that in Loryma´s kitchens healthy nutrition, freshness and flavour have top priority. Not only does the hotel produce its own extra virgin olive oil, it also grows organic produce in its vegetable gardens. These fresh and seasonal produce find their way on our guest´s plates in both restaurants of Loryma, one being the rich half-board open buffet, the other being the à la carte Loryma Bistro. Having opened in 1989, the hotel was expanded in 1997 and has taken its current form following renovation in 2008, 2012 and finally in 2018.
